Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety and Depression are very common, yet can be very serious mental disorders. Anxiety is characterised by regularly having thoughts which cause anxious behaviour, or regularly being anxious, panicking or worrying about events, or having trouble participating in regular activities, such as going to work, school, or seeing friends and family.

Depression is characterised by regular sadness, worrying, feeling tired, worthless, hopeless, guilty, negativism, or having trouble participating in regular activities, such as going to work, school, or seeing friends and family.

I have a similar approach to helping clients with Anxiety or Depression. It requires lifestyle changes such as diet, excercise, and social connectedness, cognitive changes; or changes in thinking, and also some Personal Development.

I employ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Philosophy.
